1. 007.social will only commence a project upon receipt of a down payment, usually 50%. The client is charged the remaining balance upon completion of the project. Websites are made live upon completion of the project and when all payments are cleared.

2. Additional services will require additional fees, on a fee for service basis or on an hourly rate. Optionally, the client may choose a monthly maintenance plan upon completion of their work if so desired.

3. The client may choose to provide their own domain and hosting solution. If provided by 007.social, it will be billed on the client’s invoice.

4. Delays may occur in the following circumstances:

  • Payment schedules are not met
  • The client requests further changes in the design, structure, or content of the project
  • The client adds on requirements to the project
  • There is a delay in the receipt of any materials form the client

Please note: time frames are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at 007.social discretion. At any time, and at its whole discretion, 007.social may decide to put a project on hold.

5. 007.social will under no circumstances be held responsible to satisfy unreasonable expectations or request 007.social’s discretion to decide whether or not a request or an expectation is reasonable or lies within the scope of offer of services to its client.

6. Clients will sign off or email approval for every major stage of the project with 24-48 hours. Services or part of services (i.e. elements of a project) that have been approved by the client are considered as services with which the client is 100% satisfied. Any further work on these services (elements of the project) will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Clients are responsible for supplying all requested information on the agreed upon time frame.

8. All payments are non-refundable.
